Your responsabilities
  • Co-ordinate the (flight) safety management system activities
  • Organise and perform internal (flight) safety audits and aircraft airworthiness inspections (at all SNAE sites & subcontractors)
  • Perform quality/safety audits and – investigations, and issue associated reports
  • Issue Corrective/Preventive Action Reports (CPARs) & evaluate action implementation
  • Provide support to Training – & Airframe departments by performing objective and standardised assessment of aircraft technicians’ competences,
  • Prepare training material and give training related to Quality and (flight) Safety procedures
  • Issue/review quality/safety procedures in close cooperation with involved department’s representatives
  • Issue Discrepancy Reports & Quality/Safety Notes (as applicable)
Your profile
  • You hold a Bachelor degree, preferably aeronautics oriented, or equivalent by experience
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices and auditing techniques is an asset
  • Preferably having knowledge and experience in aviation industries quality and safety management system organisation (ISO 9001-EN9100) and applicable regulations (such as EASA Part-145, EASA Part-147, EASA Part-M/G, EASA Part-21/J…)
  • Good knowledge of English, French and Dutch
  • Good communication -, presentation – and literacy skills
  • High sense of customer satisfaction, personal integrity and attitude towards flight safety
  • Analytical skills, precise, result-driven, objective, open-minded, fair and determined
  • Ability to work autonomously and use common information systems (MS office)
  • You have a dynamic and flexible attitude
