o People management of the team consisting of Airworthiness & Maintenance Program Engineers and eventual temporary staff
o Support the Airworthiness group on regulatory and/or technical questions or discussions
o Ensure that defined quality procedures are respected, measure effectiveness of our processes and when necessary, adapting current procedures or define a new course to address the identified weak spots.
o Participate and often manage internal and external audits
o Assess the client’s practical needs and translating this into a solution within the regulatory framework
o Organise and lead regular meetings with our partners to discuss potential issues that may arise
o Coordinate fleet transitions
o Provide internal recurrent trainings on new or future changes in the regulations
o You hold a Master’s degree
o Min 5 years’ experience in Part M environment
o In-depth knowledge of EASA Part M & Part 145 regulations
o Experience with imports/exports from/to FAA environment and practical
experience & understanding of related bilateral agreements. Experience with additional
regulators is a plus
o Capacity to foster two-way communication
o Knowledge of aircraft systems is a plus.
