Your responsabilities

Do you have a passion for aviation and the desire to develop a Sales career in an internationally oriented company that is constantly looking for new ways to service its customers?

This is a rare opportunity to work and develop yourself in a new, young & dynamic team, under the direct guidance of the senior management, by being part of the launch our new service line for the Engineering department.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Attract new customers for this new product by executing our sales action plan with passion and high motivation
  • Visit customers and present them our wide range of Engineer services, build tailor-made proposals unique for each customer and set up win-win deals
  • Be our Customer Success Ambassador: guide and support the customer each step of the way in the on-boarding phase and be his first point of contact during the contract execution
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities with your existing customers
  • Assist the senior management to further refine our value proposition based on direct customer feedback
  • Follow-up and update our market analysis and initiate new market studies where required
Your profile
  • You have at least a bachelor degree, preferably in a technical or business field with an outspoken interest in aviation and/or engineering
  • You can’t wait to build-up a successful career in sales
  • Self-starter and entrepreneur
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Comfortable with performing analyses on market and customer data to improve your sales performance
  • Very good knowledge (also in writing) of Dutch and/or French and English
  • Fully developed IT skills, including a high level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • You have a keen interest in innovative digital tools
