Plan the maintenance staff so that the resources with correct skills and qualifications are available to perform all planned works.
Follow-up the recurrent training needs and liaise with the training department to find an adequate slot for the required training.
Deploying the rosters considering all applicable legal aspects, company requirements, Human Factors and well-being of the staff.
Managing leaves and absenteeism to keep the impact at the production to a minimum
You will be in close contact with the production manager and planning department to support you and define the needs.
Due to the complex environment you’ll have to adapt the planning on short-term to cope with all operational changes.
Proven experience as a manpower planner
Be able to respond quickly to changing priorities
Good interpersonal skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be detail oriented
Fluent in English. French and Dutch are an asset
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook
