You’ll work in the Components business unit of Sabena Aerospace at Zaventem National Airport.Together with your colleagues you are in charge of providing quotations and correct work instructions for the repair of aircraft components in compliance with the highest aviation regulations.
You evaluate the costs, analyse the production time and provide a technical quotation of an aircraft part to our commercial department.
Based on approved maintenance data (CMM, SRM, T.O, DWG etc…) you prepare repair procedures for the workshop team as well as the inspection team. You define and provide the necessary spare parts list to our supply chain.
You take the lead on industrial improvement projects, from specifications to commissioning
Analyse and improve the production processes to reach and maintain a competitive TAT
Elaborate and maintain a quotation database per product type and per intervention type (RP/OVH)
Analyse BOM’s per product and define a safety stock for standard P/N’s based on the forecasts
Define and put in place a standard process for job cards creation
Develop new capabilities to meet customers needs
You have a degree in aeronautical or electro-mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar field.
Problem solving and working towards strict deadlines are your strengths
Good communicator in English and French and/or Dutch
You work efficiently in a team atmosphere
You have an analytical mindset and have an eye for details
You appreciate the hands-on contact with the technical team and the products
Experienced MS-Office applications user, knowledge SAP is a plus
