Your responsabilities

Report directly to the Procurement director of the organisation.

Development and implementation of a systematic approach to the management of the expenditures of the organisation.

Setup new business intelligence / analysis tools for the procurement and supply chain group.

Support continuous development and adjustment of procurement sourcing strategy with hard facts based on analysis of large scale data sets.

Support data analysis for individual sourcing projects and initiatives.

Develop tools for standardized supply market surveillance and trend reaction tools.

Technical support of bid analysis with special focus on comparing to existing benchmarks.

Create KPIs and other reporting for procurement based on the needs of the organization, for example an automated playbook for vendor negotiations.

Develop specifications for new software tools, develop and amend specifications as needed to fit desired business functionality.

Maintain a sound knowledge of IT infrastructure, software systems and support in development of such systems in regards to procurement

Your profile

You have a first experience in creating interfaces between the business and IT.

Proven experience in database Management and creation of scripts in SQL language for analysis and data transfer.

Familiarity with SQL Server Report Builder an advantage.

Proven skills in MS Office products.

You are creative and able to identify the need for reports and tools and developing those to fit the organization’s needs.

You take initiative and work in a pro-active manner.

Good communication and relationship building skills with on all levels within the organisation.

Ability to prioritize issues and manage available time and resources.
