| Your responsabilities | You identify and attract talents using different sourcing techniques: social media, professional sites, resume database, referrals, networking, jobfairs,….and all others creative ways you will suggest You will conduct the recruitment process from A to Z in close collaboration with the business You prescreen and select the best candidates You act as our ambassador at events (jobfairs, conferences,…) |
| Your profile | Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any relevant experience From 3 to 10 year’s experience in recruitment Fluent in Dutch, French and English High level of ownership, drive and initiative Strong ability to build trusting relationships with many different stakeholders |
